Counter-Notification Procedure
If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled in error, you may submit a counter-notification as permitted by the DMCA.

- • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was due to mistake or misidentification
- • Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
- • A statement consenting to jurisdiction of the appropriate court
- • Your physical or electronic signature
If a valid counter-notification is received, we may restore the material after 10–14 business days unless the original claimant files legal action.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA, MyTeslaCar.com reserves the right to terminate access for users who are determined to be repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
